Richard K. Sans Soucy Jr., Esq. is an Associate Attorney in the law firm of
Bogle & Chang, LLC.  Mr. Soucy concentrates his practice in litigation, appeals
immigration and criminal matters.  His Immigration practice includes handling
immigration petitions on behalf of corporations, employees and families.


Prior to Bogle & Chang
Prior to Bogle & Chang, Mr. Soucy worked as a Law Clerk for the
Massachusetts Superior Court.  He researched and drafted memorandum of
law for cases involving a variety of legal issues including: Corporate Taxation,
Appeals from the Massachusetts State Appellate Tax Board,  Administrative
law, Insurance law, Breach of fiduciary duty, and Criminal matters.

Mr. Soucy served as a Law Clerk to the law firm of Bloom & Buell, where he
prepared drafted motions, researched case and statutory law relating to
defense claims of medical malpractice, preclusive effects of criminal
adjudication in civil litigation, and M.G.L.A 93A, the Consumer Protection Act.


Prior to Legal Practice:  Financial Services
Mr. Soucy worked as an Equity Trader/Stockbroker for Fidelity Investments in
Boston, Massachusetts.  He provided investment guidance and financial
advice to a broad range of clients and organizations.


Beyond Legal Practice:
Mr. Soucy is the Chief Financial Officer of the Caribbean Education Foundation,
a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization helping poor children to receive a
quality education in the developing world.

Mr. Soucy is affiliated with American Bar Association, American Immigration
Lawyers Association (AILA), Massachusetts Bar Association and Colorado Bar
Association.


Education Background
Mr. Soucy earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Northeastern University
Law School in Boston, Massachusetts.  During law school, he was awarded
the
Dean's Academic Scholarship.  He served on the Inaugural Commitee of
the Law Journal and the Student Bar Association.  Mr. Soucy received his
Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English from
McGill University in
Montreal, Canada.  

Mr. Soucy is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Colorado.
